The scene of an individual traveling through an airport provides evidence to the abstraction of our hurried and distracted existence in the 21st century. Short connections, wayfinding, quick bites and disheveled clothing are all indicative of constant rush to reach B from A. Only the location of the exposure made each of these photographs exclusive to an airport. However, these images reveal themes to our shifting schedules, changing locations and varying predicaments: rushing to the train before work, getting our children fed or losing a wireless connection during a conference call. Using a white background in one of the world busiest terminals, the clean space allows us to peel back the distractions. All that is left are personalities, nuances and effort.
